Tajay (T.J) Ashmeade
I am an athlete, professor, start-up founder, and CEO. I am a strong, Jamaican woman who was once assigned to special education. Now ADHD is my Superpower. I’m pursuing my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Carolina University, teaching as a professor, and building my own tech company. Everything I have experienced, everything I have learned has molded me into the leader I am today. My passion to see and help athletes and sports professionals grow into their most fulfilling selves has brought me into the world of life coaching, public speaking, and team building.
